By commissioning me for adult content, you are legally stating that you are 18 or older.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

I reserve the right to use any of my designs, commissions, and other works for promotions, examples, etc; unless the commissioner of the artwork requested otherwise.

WIPs updates may not automatically be sent out, but I will give a WIP to you if you ask for one at any time.

You're free to upload your commission as you wish, only thing I ask is not to remove my watermark.

If a poor reference was given or a detail was not mentioned, an extra fee will be charged if I have to re-do anything. If I missed something myself or made an error, it will be fixed for free.

I work with USD through Paypal only, I dont accept any other kind of currency or payment.

I normally start with the piece once full payment has been sent, if full payment can't be sent in the moment, there must be partial payment to reserve a slot or to start a minimal part of the piece.

Full refund can be asked for if I haven't started with the piece.

No refunds for animations.

40% of refund if it's in its sketch phase. (Unless it's an animation)

No refunds during lineart/ coloring/shading or finished work.
